Care Support Workers - Starting at £9.32 per hour
We are looking for staff to cover the following areas: Cheltenham, Cirencester and Stroud.
NVQ/QCF 2 qualified £9.32 plus enhancements for unsociable hours We specialise in longer care visits, enjoyed by clients and staff
Various hours and work patterns available from 15 hours per week – fulltime
We are especially looking for people who can work evenings/weekends or bank staff
No experience necessary as we will give full training and Induction
We are a CQC registered Charity delivering domiciliary care, but we are not a regular care agency as in addition to personal care calls we also visit clients for longer periods of time to assist them and provide companionship or allow a family carer to take a break. Staff and clients enjoy longer visits providing opportunities to build professional relationships. No rushing off to the next client.
You need to be a car driver and have a vehicle to enable you to deliver care in the area, and in return you will receive a generous payment for travel time and mileage.
You will work with a person centred approach, providing compassionate and dignified care supporting client’s in their own home with care tasks or taking them out on a trip, such as shopping or to the garden centre or any other places that they may wish to spend time..
