Giving in Memory

No-one likes to think about what happens to those that we love after we pass on. However, having the knowledge that you have done your best for your loved ones by writing a will can be of great comfort particularly for those who are near the end of their lives.

When you write your will you will have the chance to think if there is a charity that you would like to support either with a bequest or perhaps in lieu of flowers at the funeral. If you choose to make such a bequest to Crossroads, whether you are the carer or the cared for you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped another family get some respite from the demanding, exhausting task of caring at home.

If you would like to let us know that you are leaving a legacy, or giving in memory of a loved one, we would love to hear from you and tell you more about the depth and breadth of our work. Please call Rosalind Cookson on 01452 302542 to discuss your legacy/gift.

If you would like to leave a legacy in your will or give gifts in memory of a loved one please stipulate clearly that it is to go to Crossroads Care Central and East Gloucestershire and quote our Registered Charity Number: 1111055. This will avoid any confusion and ensure that Carers and the person for whom they care in Gloucestershire, benefit.

Any gifts should be sent to Crossroads Care Central and East Gloucestershire, Unit 4, St James Court, 285 Barton Street, Gloucester, GL1 4JE.
